Difference between WPUpstairs and WPC

Trying to plan a late dinner after La Nouba in November. Thought it'd be easiest to eat near there, its DTD Westside???

What is the difference between WP Upstairs, and WP Cafe? I see the menus are a little different...

The original plan was to maybe do Flying Fish, but, tho it isn't thaaaat far, it's get in the car and drive, thus making food appear later than eating near La Nouba...

The menu of course. Probably more $$$ than downstairs. Upstairs is a LOT more quiet as well..
We've eaten there twice and frankly, it isn't all that special.
