Difference between my fast passes??

On the day my family is at AK, I split our fast passes. 5 ppl are riding Kali River Rapids and 2 ppl are riding Primeval Whirl.

When I look at our fast passes on the computer website it shows the fast passes correctly with the 5/2 split.

When I look at the MDE app on my phone it shows everyone riding Kali River Rapids.

I am not sure what to do about this? I think that this must be a glitch in the app (I am not surprised), but which is correct? I don't want to get to the park and have an issue.

I would go with what the computer says. The app is very glitchy.
 
My MDE shows the FP+ belong to only one person in my group....each is for someone else... I got nervous and called Disney. She looked at each FP+ for our 9 day trip and confirmed each was for everyone...

I later found out the website showed it correctly.. It's just the app that's glitchy:badpc:
 
Ignore the app as much as possible and use it sparingly. It is PAINFULLY glitchy!
 

Don't trust the app. It seems that even after making changes to your FP+ the app never gets updated. The MDE website will have the correct info. When I was planning i switched parks for one day. The app showed that we had FP+s for EPCOT and the Magic Kingdom at the same time. This was about 60 days out. I ended up calling Disney and the CM told me that the only FP+s we had were for the MK and to ignore what the app was showing. It stayed that way on the app all the way through that day on our trip almost 65 day later. Also, I would advise not to make changes to your FP+s using the app. We had problems in the parks after making changes. It was a big hassle to get it straightened out. Use the kiosks or the MDE website. Out trip was 5-28-14 to 6-5-14. :thumbsup2
 
The app is what we refer to in the park. When it is wrong, we're wrong also.
I don't enjoy all of the ride time planning. What's next? FP+ for bathroom time?
 
Thank you everyone. Looks like I will go with what the website tells me. I wish Disney would get the app up to speed though. That's all I will have to refer to in the park.
