I'm trying to rent points to a friend and I'm trying to accurately price what she'd pay renting points from me vs. the cost on the disney.com site booking as a non-DVC member. We're looking at 1BR standard views and when looking at the disney.com site, I'm not sure how to compare apples to apples. Are non-DVC members able to book into a room with the amenities like the kitchen, washer/dryer, and the spare bathroom?

I was confused by the disney.com site when it listed room amenities and it said something about refrigerator upon request.

those would be the standard rooms and not the villas

That's what I was getting at-I didn't see where it looked like you could book a 1BR standard view at Kidani Village to get the detached BR, full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. I wanted to show my friend that the absolute cheapest they could find a room for at Animal Kingdom Lodge was going to be $2300+ with no kitchen, master bedroom/bath, and washer/dryer for less money renting the points from me.

When you went to the Disney's site, did you put in in the Deluxe Villa resorts vs. Deluxe resorts. Animal Kingdome Lodge is under the Deluxe category but the Villas are listed under Deluxe Villa Resorts.

When you chooes Disney Deluxe Villas, you shouldn't get the standard rooms but the studios and 1 - 2 bedrooms.

If you are getting standard rooms, then you are pricing out Animal Kingdom Lodge and not the villas.

HTH!
