Hi Gang

I was on the WDW site showing the details of the Dolphin. Here's what it states for these views.

Resort View
Enjoy views of Resort grounds and the Walt Disney World Swan.

Lake View
Look out onto Crescent Lake

So if I'm looking at Cresent lake then really I should have a view of Epcot from the Dolphin in a lake view room. Resort view sounds like you're looking at the Swan and the land around the Dolphin.

Can someone explain what these really mean?

Thanks
Andy

I'm not sure that you can count a certain view based on your ressie note. On our last two stays at the Swan, one ressie showed an upgrade to a water view, and the next showed an upgrade to a resort view. It wound up that the rooms were only two doors from eachother, and both overlooked Epcot. Spaceship Earth was right centered in our view out of each balcony!

Here's lots of pixie dust on getting a great room! ********

Last time I had resort view one with a balcony and one without and it was facing Epcot, but the other two rooms in our party was facing the opisite way(not sure of what) and they paid the same amount. So I think whatever you book you can request Epcot view if able.
