when checking the itin, it seems the only difference is the 4 night has an extra night " at sea", it is not even in Castaway cay...
so like, what can i do "at sea"?

The at sea day has seminars for adults (galley tours, wine tastings, etc.) and there are definitely a lot of activities throughout the day. However, DW and I used it as a day to just relax by the adult pool and wind down before our return home on Thursday. I would say that if you can choose the 4 day, and money is not the primary issue, do it. The sea day was probably the best day on the cruise for us!
Dh and I live for the day at sea. Each of our cruises have been 4 day. I can't dream of taking the shorter one. God help us when we get back from our 7 day!
That is one of the reasons we like the Eastern -vs- the Western. 3 days at sea, versus 2. We love just sitting on deck or on our verandah, watching the sea go by.
And, because the ship is built to accomodate the # of people on board, the ship never really feels crowded on a sea day (expcept maybe for the Mickey Pool. LOL)
Everybody will tell you that three nights is just NOT long enough! It isn't! You would just be getting unpacked, and then packing up again to leave the ship. Also, As everybody mentions, there is just SO much that you will want to do! You will appreciate that day at sea. We lost our day at sea to the Freeport stop. Boy, was I disappointed. We did not even leave the ship that day. But still, it screwed up the whole schedule to where everything was just cram packed into that last day.... Go for the 4 nite!!!
