Diff. in Concierge between Poly and CR?

A few years back my family and I stayed at the Poly(had concierge). The service was great because there were snacks available all day long and there was bottled water available throughout the day. Is the Contemporary concierge like this? Do you get cookies, snacks and water all day like at the Poly?

The food is out at the CR similar to the Poly.

Unfortunately, I believe I've read that the Poly no longer has the individual water bottles. I am not sure if any resort has this anymore. The CR has a large (quart sized) bottle of water you can fill glasses/cups with,

Too bad, those water bottles were a real convienance during the hot afternoons.
