Dieting for Disney Part 2

Yesterday, my weigh in was 1.8 weight lost, I was a little sad that it was not more (I know how stupid that is a loss is a loss!!) Well last week was really hard, we went out to dinner for mother's day with the girls, and the martini did me in! I had to workout all week and keep strict tabs on my points on WW...but I did lose! Hope everyone has a great week!!
Starting Weight: 220.8
Today's weight: 212
 
Everyone is doing such a wonderful job here. Congratulations to all with the weight loss!!! That is so fantastic.

mainegal You have hit the nail on the head!! That's what it is all about. Healthier habits. Lifestyle change. That's what we all have to remind ourselves. Diets don't work. You can loose weight on them but once you get off of them, then you put the weight back on and usually then some extra. Congratulations on the astute evaluation. (I just couldn't put that in the title. haha)

hockeychic Congratulations on the way you have started. I am soooo hoping that I will be able to sneak in the back door to be able to come down for Marathon Weekend. I am hoping but it isn't looking good right now. I do hope that I will be able to come down and meet you and the other WISHers, again.

I am very proud of all of you and the accomplishments that you have reached so quickly. Keep up the excellent amounts of effort and determination. I look forward to reading all of the reports of success. I know you will achieve your goals!!

Weekly Weigh in 223

Starting weight: 238

I have lost 3.5 pounds this week. Im sort of disappointed, but we went out to eat saturday and sunday night so i knew it wasnt going to be the best week.
 
Small goal for this week - limit snacking, especially at my desk.

If I think I want to snack, wait 15 minutes. If I still want to eat something, then a small snack is okay.

Also, stop popping on the scale every day. Too much fluctuation!
