Hi Everyone...I need diet help... Can anyone tell me what diets and workout programs you do to you helped you lose weight. I lose motivation so easy and I really really need to lose some weight (I would love to lose at least 50lbs), plus now I have quit smoking (1 month) and am scared to gain anymore do to that...Any advice or secerts or programs that you have been on that have worked would be great. I see so many people have lost weight with their clip art and I WANT TO BE ONE OF THOSE, but don't know where to begin or what to do to get the results I need.. Hi, Bussey! And welcome to WISH! You will find all sorts of information here on all sorts of weight loss plans. Personally, Weight Watchers is the best fit for my life because I can pretty much eat whatever foods are available to me as long as I keep track of what I am eating and the portion size. I also like the idea of journaling my foods so that I can compare my journals to my progress each week and see what is working. Another good thing is that I get extra food points that I can eat on days I exercise. I know others here have done really well using other plans. You might want to check out the WISH journals board to read some of those journals and see what is working for other WISHers there.
