I am on my way to the gym. First time on my own without the trainer--UGH!
Got on the scale today and l lost 4 pounds in just a few days. Something is off, so I am not getting my hopes up. And I even had a hershey bar yesterday (I know) but I just need something sweet. The kicker is, I don't really like Hershey Bars...but I love chocolate. I have been trying to hold true to the plan above and it maybe is paying off.
We'll see in a few days what happens!

At a different site I used to go to they called that a "whoosh" or a "whooshie" and say that the "whooshie fairy visited me", I always got a kick out of that. Hope you are having fun at the gym! When I'm really craving chocolate sometimes those weight watcher snacks are good, though I have to be careful to only eat one and not the whole box lol!
...BUT I did not touch the brownies or chips...but that pork was YUMMY! I love coming here--its like some kind of confessional.
I actually gained 2 pounds but then I went to the bathroom and lost it TMI, I know. Hmm, I'm getting frustrated already.
