We (very) recently purchased DVC points and have a 2 week June 2013 reservation at BLT.
I phoned member services yesterday to add a *request* of highest floor and to make sure they added our celebration of DD 7th (Golden) Birthday. First of all, we mentioned her Birthday Celebration while making our initial reservation and the Member Services rep said there was no record and that she would be happy to now add it. Then she said there would be an email sent to note that my room request was logged, but I still have nothing in my inbox? I'm thinking I should call back to make sure BOTH notations are on my reservation? What should I do?
I'm not a demanding person by any means, but this is going to be a really big deal for us (never stayed for 2 weeks before) and I just don't want to have anything missed just because I neglected to follow up.
