Didn't get our docs and luggage tags in time! Help??

Hi everyone,

Due to the passing of a family member, my boyfriend and I planned a very last minute trip to WDW this coming Monday. We booked it a week ago today, and we leave in three days. We're staying at ASMu and we're on the DDP, and we got the Magical Express from MCO to our hotel.

I didn't think we'd get any of our luggage tags or documents or anything because of the short notice. So what do we do in this situation?? Will we still get on the Magical Express?

Any tips or help would be super appreciated.

If you're already registered w/ Magical Express, then they know you're coming. It doesn't matter if you have luggage tags or not!! As far as your documents that Disney sends in advance, it's really only a Discount Booklet, but if you haven't already received it, then more than likely they will have it at check-in for you. I'm a travel agent, so I book last-minute things all the time at Disney & have never had any problems! Hope you have a great time!

Bring your WDW Resort Confirmation number with you and your baggage claim tickets.

Magical Express will still get your bags and bring them to your hotel for you if you give them your baggage claim checks.

Have traveled this way twice on last minute trips. No worries!

When we traveled last may, they sent SO's luggage tags to me (we live in different states) When I called Disney transport about the error they overnighted his tags to him and they got there next day. It may be worth calling.

I think that's a bit late now as they left on monday
