Didn't get dues bill for add on....but it's online?

Hi,
I added on last month...my guide said that I should get a statement
in Feb for those dues.....

I just looked online and it says my Outstanding balance is 255....
which is about right for 50 pts add on....

I didn't get a bill. What was the late date again?
Am I late already?

While technically "late" there is no penalty or problem if it is paid by mid-February. I imagine the paper bill is floating around in the US Mail system somewhere, and will arrive in a few days. Even your guide said you'd be billed in February. I'm pretty sure they make time allowances for those that added on late in the year to allow for paperwork processing.
