My daughter is arriving in 20 days, as am I. I received my DME tags three weeks ago, but she has yet to receive them.
I called the reservation number three times and got three different answers. The first CM said that they are mailed out in order of the final payment on the reservation, which is not true. The second said they are mailed between 45 and 30 days out, which is true. The third CM said they wait until 21 days out to make sure you don't cancel, again not true. All three verified her flight information.
I called DME directly this morning 866-599-0951 and found out that they never received her flight information. It never downloaded into their system, thus no mailing. They are expediting her info and tags to her. Had I not called, and she got to MCO, they would have had nothing in their computers. They could fix it then, but it would have been quite a delay.
Bottom line, if you don't get your DME info when you should, call them directly.
