


I did 5 sets at 80 then 100, then 120 then 140, then 160's....then I did rows...warm up at 10X50's then stepped up thur 180's...then I did traps with a warm up of 10x100 and stepped up thur 6x 380 
....oh...and I did my 15mins on my lifecycle at level 8 teu!
