Did you receive your Happy Haunts tour pin?

We took the tour opening night (I think Sept 16th?) and the pins were not available. We were told at the kiosk where we checked in that the pins would be mailed to us. They expected them to be mailed October 1st.

Well, it's the 12th and we still haven't received them. I'm wondering if you took the tour, did you receive your pin? Anyone else waiting to get theirs mailed?

Thought I would check here before I email customer service. Thanks much!

Just took the tour this evening. They're still taking addresses, with no commitment as to when the pins will be sent.

This happened to me once on the Holiday Tour. I did get my pin in the mail, but I don't remember how long it took.

We took the tour on Sept 17th and still havent received our either. I expect we'll be waiting longer still, as its got to ship to UK
