Double edged sword on Disney's part. Personally I don't care, my choice to go to Disney wasn't based on if they were or were not giving their employees bonuses. If they push CMs into contracts by dangling an extra $1K now vs more money later congrats to Disney, if it leaks out too much and Disney becomes "public enemy" status good for the employees- they'll get the bonus and contract increases they want. (But imho that's a seriously uphill battle considering current attendance levels.)
 
I have been on both sides of the Union table. I do not know all of the issues for both sides but, I do know "A Disgruntled employee is very unproductive employee". Disney needs to find common ground so both sides are happy ::yes::
