I called recreation to book a pontoon boat for Illuminations (407-939-7529). I got right through and booked the boat. The CM then asked me if I had dining reservations and I said that was next. She told me that the recreation CMs are cross-trained and she could book all of my dining ressies - and she did! You may already know this but I didn't and it was very helpful.

Yep, that is how I did my dining! Nice to be able to do everything without having to be put on hold, and transferred.

I was booking BBB and the CM on the phone actually pulled up my dining reservations to make sure we'd have enough travel time built in!! WOW!

The ticket sales line will also get you into the itinerary planning community that can do ALL your reservations!!! All 3 of those lines come in to actual CAST MEMBERS not the outside booking company

Just wanted to give you a big thank you. As I mentioned I was sweating booking an Illiuminations Cruise and Processional for 19 people! Didn't know which one to do first. Did the cruise (GOT IT!!!) then she took care of CP at my first choice. I never thought I would get both, especially with the group size for dinner!

I called wdw-style this morning at 7 a.m. est to make an appointment and got right in with no wait and she did what I needed to fix for my dining also. She even said at one point she could make all my dining reservations, too.

So some people who have to call in, I would try this number if the main dining has a long wait because they all do the same stuff it's just a different prompt.
