Did you know that response from Skyauction reservations can take a long time?

I have been trying for over a week to get a response to questions I have about a possible reservation. Their automated email response says, "SkyAuction.com has received your e-mail and has placed your message on a queue for action by one of our agents. You should receive a response shortly.

Reservations Department
SkyAuction.com"

Does the Skyauction reservations department have a telephone number where one can get to talk directly with an agent?
This may be an abnormal situation and there may be a simple explanation.

Any suggestions?
 
Try this number : 1-800-929-9929 . This is the number listed when you do a search for available resorts for the Ready Set Go Auctions.
 
Thanks for the help, Straitlover, I got through at the number you posted. When you hear the automated menu, press 4 for the hotel reservations. The staff is on the eaxt coast and works 9 to 5.

In the telephone conversation, I was told that Skyauction works with various "suppliers". The reservation request is sent to a "supplier". Skyauction has to wait until it hears from the "supplier" until the reservation can be finalized. So, it seems there is a delay which can vary due to the response from the "supplier". If you have a short time until you are leaving, you might want to keep this in mind.
