I have never started an exercise thread, but I am happy to get to do it this morning. I have finished my 30 minutes on the TM, with part of that time jogging. I am wearing my pedometer today and I am striving for 10,000 steps today.

How is everyone else doing with exercising today?

I did the FIRM Calorie Killer and FIRM Abs workout 2.

Great job Tammy!!! I should start wearing my pedometer. I keep forgeting about it. Maybe I will pull mine out and push for extra steps.

Who else?

I did 40 minutes on the Treadmill, about 40 crunches and the an hour of Yoga. And got scolded by one of the trainers who found out I exercise 7 days a week, she said I need a few days off so I don't end up hurting myself. Oh well, I've been doing it for almost 3 months and haven't hurt myself yet:cool:

took an extra long lunch break to hit the gym and get in a 4.25 mile run. nice break in the middle of a long day.

I just finished doing the body sculpt and the second day of firm abs. Wow, my legs feel like jello after that workout!

I just finished Firm Ab Sculpt. A nice tape, and i even made it through the whole workout.

Way to go everyone with your awesome workouts!

Ginger - you and several other people have given me pause to think about my exercise routine. I've been told that I need at least 1 rest day but I'm on a personal exercise challenge (day 14) of exercising everyday and I love how I feel. I don't want to take a break but I don't want to hurt myself either. My sister scolded me last night and a co-worker this afternoon. Maybe this is a sign I should take at least 1 day and let my body rest. Something to think about . . .

Today I did body sculpt (upper body) and feel good but my back, shoulders and neck are a little sore. Perhaps a rest day is in order . . .

i'll be lucky to hit 7000 on the pedometer today
its coolllllddddd
but suppose to warm up as the wknd approaches

I'm right there with you. If I miss a day, even if it's just the treadmill, I feel my motivation slip. I like waking up in the morning and being excited about doing some kind of exercise (this coming from someone who used to hate to exercise). I honestly think I am addicted to working out. I think as long as i'm feeling O.K. with what i'm doing and i'm not pushing to hard......I'll keep doing my 6-7 day routine.

Hi everyone,
sounds like another good day for workouts. I finished late as usual, but did 55 minutes on the treadmill for a total of 435 calories and 4 miles done.

I went for a long walk (a little over two hours). My 3 year old started her first day at playgroup so I went walking. It was so bright and brisk out and I had my ipod loaded with songs and I just lost track of time a little bit.

I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes of legs on the nautilus machines and an hour of water aerobics.
