Did you ever wear a pair of these?

I remember how they were all the rage many years ago! (maybe I should say decades ago!)

I wanted a pair so badly, but my mother said no way, she said they had no arch support, and no soles! What if I stepped on a nail or something?

I thought they looked so cool, especially when paired up with a pair of "hipsters/hip-huggers" (low-rider jeans) and a fringe jacket!

I had some just like that when I was in elementary school in the late '70s. Can't remember if I wore them out in public, or if I just wore them around the house.

I always wanted a pair of those. In Nebraska, where I lived, You could get them with a hard sole. My parents did not think they were practical and would not let me have any.

I had them, and the boots also! I had to buy them with my babysitting money and thought I was ssooooo cool. It would have been in the late seventies/early eighties. Ouch!

Had and wore both. I LOVE Earth shoes. Most comfortable shoes I ever had. Birkies are the next best thing. I wear them now. Would wear Earth Shoes if I could get them

Yep, I had the WHOLE OUTFIT too! You can still buy Minnetonka moccacins like that around here! They have no support, but it's like wearing slippers!
