I did the 1 mile WATP Abs for the first time this morning and I enjoyed it! I actually did it 1 1/2 times because I was just past the 1/2 mile point when my DD 9 who is on the heavier side came in the room and wanted to join me, anything to get her more exercise so I said I'd start the DVD over and we could do it together from the beginning. She made it through the whole mile without complaining or whining! I told her we'd keep doing this together and we'd both get in better shape! She too is trying to watch her carb intake so I am hoping she will slim down a bit also! We also went for a little bike ride today so we're trying!
I really liked WATP! It was very easy to follow and the time went really fast. I now see why so many think it's so great and am glad I decided to buy it. I am used to walking for 30-45min. outside a few times a week but so I think that I will do the 1 mile a few more times and then I'll try the 2 mile.
