Did ticket prices go up???

Hi.

Just for fun to see if our resort was full, I plugged in our dates on the Disney Website and the ticket prices went up by $57. Did anyone hear that the ticket prices went up? My trip is paid for so I am not worried but those of you who are still planning a trip may be paying more for your ticktets.

I just took a look at their "tickets only" webpage and the prices have not changed. Neither MouseSavers.com nor AllEarsNet.com have anything on their websites about a price increase, and they are usually right on top of these things. Are you sure that you're comparing the same type of tickets? $58 is almost exactly the difference in price between a 7-day MYW base ticket (expiry) and one with no expiration.

Yes I was comparing the same tickets. We got the 4 day MYW ticket with the park hopping option. I got 4 adult tickets and it came to $880 now it comes up $937. We only paid $880 for our ticktes. You need to do the package deal to see the difference.

I am thinking that maybe the difference is the tax? The difference in price looks to be about the right amount.

Not sure, but maybe the taxes are listed somewhere else?

Sounds like the tax. Tax on WDW tix is 6.5%, which would be $57.20 on $880 worth of tix.
