Did they just raise the price? AllEars is showing that breakfast there is now 24.99 for adults and 13.99 for kids. :headache: That's going to be $18.00 more for my family of 4. Please tell me that those are seasonal prices?

They must have. I checked a couple of weeks ago and remember it showing $20 or $21 for adults???? Bummer. We have out of pocket ressies there in 3 weeks.

I sure hope not. This was going to be our OOP meal since it was the cheapest. If they haven't changed the price yet, I am sure it is only a matter of time though since it gets such good reviews.

I JUST got off the phone with Disney Dining and the current price for 'Ohana breakfast is $22.99 for adults. Not sure of the kid's price. If you have a question about prices like that, they have the most current information in the system. There's a chance that the price on allears is a holiday price. CP is also $22.99.

See, that increase moves the meal from OOP to DDP for me. Our cutoff is $88.36 per meal including tip. Anything above goes DDP. (The $88.36 is the total cost per credit (4 people) of our CRT meal that we are using DDP for)

UGH!! I wish there was someplace reliable for prices. You can go to three sites and get three prices!

Those were the prices I was working on when I booked Ohana breakfast a month ago. It used to be $18.99 per adult and $10.99 per child, so the $22.99 is already an increase. Same for CP. I think it is $12.99 per child.

Is the Allears menu not showing the seasonal surcharge as an updated menu? I see this one was updated in April and may have incorporated the surcharge that was applicable at the time. Maybe someone who has just been can confrim. You just never can tell with Disney

Thanks for the replies. $22.99 isn't great, but it makes more sense than a $6.00 increase. For some reason, I didn't even think of calling Disney. I guess I always think of the DIS first! ;)

So CP is $22.99 also?? I thought it was still $18.99. <sigh> I had them both as OOP. I guess I will do CRT OOP and use DDP for these breakfasts now.

Somewhere along the way, someone has to pay for "free dining". So If my family wants breakfast at Ohana's it's going to cost $172. plus tax, plus tip.

I don't know about anyone else but thats a lot of money for 1 meal, eggs, potatoes, waffles, sausages, toast and a drink. Plus a little entertainment. Considering there's 2 more meals left in the day. Plus a few drinks, maybe an ice cream.

I've never been a cheap person when it comes to vacation and eating out. :grouphug: I think a group hug is in order here.

I don't think I want to do the math :headache: It's kind of scary :scared1:

CP seems to be $20.99 for adults and $11.99 per child. (May be $12.99 per child - not too sure)

I'm sure you saw that on allears and while they are wonderful, not all of their prices are up to the minute. The $22.99 price was directly from the dining computer system as of yesterday.

Was that CP, Ohana (or both)?

They do tell you prices are subject to change with no notice and while I appreciate that this makes a huge difference to larger parties and we are just a party of 2, I accept that I can expect the unexpected and may need to put in some more when I get there. :goodvibes

Yes it was for both CP and 'Ohana, but she did imply that all the character breakfasts were the same price, though I didn't have her check any others specifically.

That sounds right based on how it has been previously. Aside from Chef Mickeys which has always been a few dollars more, the other "standard" character buffets have always been around the same price. Thanks for that.

Okay, I called the dining line and Ohana, Tusker and Crystal Palace breakfasts are all "currently" $20.99 and $11.99 for non-surcharge times of year.

She said it was $22.36 and $12.77 including tax.

I was given $20.99 and $11.99 for Ohana, Tusker and Crystal Palace. My dates are the end of May and 1st week of June. Not a time when surcharges are added. I just called within the hour.

I have to add that the CM that I talked to asked for my dates before giving my prices. The other poster could have dates that include increased prices.

I'm not surprised to see prices change. Just didn't expect to see the price go up $6.00. Sounds like the AllEars price might include the "holiday" surcharge.

Interesting point. I am going in October and they often start upping the prices at the end of summer so it could well be the case.

Thanks for the info. We are going w/ kids stay, play, eat free in Sept. We used all our TS and still wanted to do Ohana's breakfast. I checked and to add a night w/ 30% off and just pay for the Ohana's, will be a lot cheaper for us.
