Effective January 1, 2008 a charge of 18% gratuity will be added to all Tables in Wonderland transactions, regardless of party size. Effective March 1, 2009, at Victoria & Albert's, a 20% gratuity will be added to all transactions, regardless of party size.

Wasn't it for 10 guest total now you can only use it for your check?? Or am I reading this wrong?

The person paying the check and requesting the 20% discount has to be the TIW cardholder. So if you want your meal included in the discount, you have the TIW cardholder pay your bill and you give him the cash. This has not changed. Its always been this way. Some CM's might split the check, but they are not supposed to.

It's always been that the discounted meals have to be all on the same check. No check splitting, then adding the discount. So you could use your TIW for yourself and up to 9 guests, but all those meals will come out on the same check.

The cardholder must be present but does not have to be the person who pays the bill. The key restriction is that there can only be one check for the discount.

Often I have been with people on DDP and we have had two (or more) checks at the table. One (or more) for the people on DDP and the other for me, anyone else in the group not on DDP, and anything ordered by people on DDP that is not covered by DDP (such as appetizers or alcoholic beverages).
