Did the BTMRR Refirb get canceled?

I'm SO excited! Just book FP+ for BTMR for all our MK days. This is our family's favorite ride and we were SO bummed because we were arriving the day after it was scheduled to close :) Now we're good to go!

Been hearing late June or early July, as of today. :(

Yep, I figured as much. My fingers are definitely not crossed! I am definitely not a complainer - we are just happy to be headed to WDW this spring - but it's awesome to have even one more ride option open to us with all the closures.

My fingers are crossed that the new Frozen ride will suddenly, magically be open on the day we are at Epcot. A girl can dream!

We are there in June so I think we have a chance of FEA but I really think BTMRR was pushed back because of the delay for Soarin and FEA so I'm doubtful.

What are wait times like for this ride prior to 11am without FP+. We want to ride but have pretty much locked down our April plans and don't want to replace an existing pass.

Very manageable. I just made the same decision for a trip in April. I am going to stick with my Splash FP and will make my way to BTMRR around 11:00. Research suggests a wait time of around 20 minutes.

You should be able to ride it several times with little or no wait during the first hour the park is open. Waits start to climb up after that but are still relatively short (20-25 minutes) for the next hour. Last June we rode Splash twice, BTMRR twice, and Haunted Mansion all within the first hour of the park being open.

So happy!!! Party of 10 going in April, and this is AWESOME news. We were so bummed that both Soarin' and this were both to be closed... so this is great news for us!
