Has anybody called to find out if the regular AP rates came out today?

UGH - this is AWFUL. I was convinced that it HAD to be today.

I can't wait any longer....when we get back from our errands today, if there are no codes, I think I'm going to have to go with Expedia.

nothing spoke to a CM who told me that although they are trying to get everyone to book AP rates online, there are some like ourselves who have fallen by the wayside on dates. Although it wasn't a help, I felt better that at least some CM's are empathetic to our cause...LOL

I too just spoke to CRO-no AP's this am. I really thought today was the day. So heres my situation and would appreciate any advise: Have an AAA rate 10/29/05-11/6/05 at GF. Have always stayed at GF w/ AP rate discounts and Disney club deals before. I can fortunately afford the rack/AAA rate, but am really having a hard time justifying the $400+/night cost. We love the GF, but really only sleep and take a late pm swim when we are there. But, it is certainly convienent and I'm getting spoilied/lazy in my old age. Should I panic and order AP voucher today and hope to get a number over the phone I can use tomorrow(my 60 day deadline) in hopes of saving a few bucks, or be patient and wait that AP rates will be released the old fashioned way and hope to grab some discount(our AP's lapsed in Feb. and I did not renew yet) or simply book a split stay , say at GF and AKL or WL? Thanks

Its in are Sunday paper for 10/5 - 11/22 for $84 code EYV

And 11/27-12/25 for $64 code EYV also

This doenst make since to me, cause more people would be going during the holidays than during the off season. I also confirmed it on Disney web under FL Residents

I think that is the code that was released last week for Florida residents only.
Great for you guys, but still leaves the rest of us Oct. people in the black hole.

I thought i read on this board somewhere that a CM told someone that AP rates would be coming out on September 1st? I would feel bad for people who aren't computer savvy to miss out on AP's if that is the only way to get them now.

I checked the passholder website for your dates the AP best rate is $350.12 per night for a garden view and a lagoonview was 434.86 per night. If the AAA rate is 400.00 per night for (I'm assuming the garden view) you'd be saving 50.00 per night x 8 nights for a total of $400.00. The cost of an annual pass is $395.00, a 7 day ticket with parkhopper option but expires would be $223.00. The price difference between the two tickets would be $172.00, so if you do not use your annual pass for another trip essentially you would only be saving $172.00 with the AP rate.

Can't decide if I should get an AP either.

We want to go around Jan 8 through 15 or 16. I'm hoping to stay AKL (three nights), Boardwalk (two nights), GF (three nights or so). It's tough to do the best rate plan since we like to switch resorts, so that means three non-refundable deposits (and we like room to change our plans...).

Does anyone know what the AP rates are like during mid Jan 2006 at these resorts? Any concierge rates available? I was hoping for AKL concierge or GF concierge... :cheer2:

Still trying to decide if AAA with dining plan might be more cost effective. We'd only be using the AP passes for this trip, most likely.

Anyone know what the AAA rates are for moderates in the "black hole" time frame and if any of those rooms are left?

thanks!!

I am in the "October Black Hole" and I booked POR for 140/night with tax with AAA. I did this a few months ago just in case I was not able to get an AP rate. I am now really glad that I did!

Thanks!! I'll have my TA see if there are any AAA rooms left for my date. That's about the same price I'm seeing on Expedia for moderates.

We, too, are in the "black hole" in Oct. Back when the BRP thing started, and we knew we were past 120 days, I panicked and also booked a POR aaa room. It's $156/night with taxes for preferred room. (I save about $180 from rack) Wanted POFQ but there weren't any more AAA rooms avail. I keep bugging my TA to check for POFQ. I have a ressie at WL but I know I can't afford that one without the AP discount. With AAA it is $239/night. When I just checked "Rack" at WL only courtyard view is available, and it says $334 per night. But ours is Standard, so I think the savings again was about $180.

Anyway, I really Really REALLY hope we get AP codes, but if not I like the Port Orleans Resorts!

:Pinkbounc 48 days 18 hours! :Pinkbounc

I'm also in the Black Hole- My TA checked on Thrusday for the AAA rate for the Poly Oct 10-15 and nothing was available. I checked FL resident ( even though I can't get it, just to be able to compare prices in the Black Hole time zone) and there wasn't any MOD's left (again that's under FL res rate) the only thing at came up were ASSport, WL, WLcamping, AKL, and SSR

The passholders site now says BR plan now 60 days in advance instead of 120!
