did the 20/30/40 pin expire?

I booked our last 3 nights with the Monster pin; had the 20/30/40 pin attached to my name. I tried to book our first 2 nights using that pin and the CM said I had a pin that expired 6/3 and now nothing.

It probably did expire. I recevied it 4-5 weeks ago and had it applied to my ressie the day I got it, never looked at the date. I'm sure all the rooms in this pin were taken up as soon as people received it.

I do believe rooms under a pin code such as this one, do book fast.

However, I just looked at my 20/30/40 pin e-mail, and no where does it state that I have to book by a certain date. And I read all the fine print through the e-mail.

If it were me, I'd ask to speak with a manager and push to add the pin code to the begining of my stay. Of course, if there is no availability, then there's nothing you can do. But if you're just being told that the pin expired days ago, then yes I'd push and speak to a manager. The worst they can do is say no, so why not try! :thumbsup2

I got the 20/30/40 White Rabbit in my email on June 8th, no expiration listed. (Can't use it because we're already booked with a PIN) I'd call and talk to another CM if I were you, although availability at the resort of your choice may not be available for your dates using the PIN.

I received the 20/30/40 pin in early April and used it a few days ago. I do not see any expiration date on the e-mail. As the previous poster mentioned, there are a limited number of rooms at each resort that can be booked using the pin, so you may not find availability. However, I don't think the pin expires.

All offers have an expiration date.
Mousesavers may list the booking date of the pin. I think they list that info on offers.
If the offer did not expire, that probably meant there was no availability for the room type/resort you wanted for your travel dates, for that offer.
If you call back, ask them if the offer expired, and when. Then you will know if the issue was an expired offer or room availability.
Although the CM did say it expired 06/03. So that is probably the case. But you can always double check.
If you are just trying to add days to an existing booking, as long as it is within the travel dates of the offer, I believe I have read here a supervisor can modify your res. And they have to if the offer has expired.

If the offer expires, wouldn't it say so on the e-mail? Obviously, if you are past the last available date for the offer (December 16th on my offer), the offer has expired. I have read all of the fine print on this offer - there is no expiration date. However, it does say that rooms available with the discount are limited.

If the offer expires, wouldn't it say so on the e-mail?
One would think so. But evidently not.
I have read other posts on other offers where no expiration date could be found. One person posted about an offer at the time the e-mail stated to book quickly.
So I guess the lesson is to book fairly quick, or at least call and see when it expires so you know your timeframe.

An update on my situation - I called back and the CM was able to find the pin - amazing what happens when you really look!! I'm not sure what had expired on the 3rd...

She also let me book at 2nd room with the 40% off which I had previously been told I could not do.
