Did Sun Wheel Close on schedule?

According to Rehab Schedule it was supposed to close down on Oct 13th.

Well in waiting for someone else to respond, I could be very very wrong here but I think it may be closed for a while (during your visit too).

I think this has something to do with the Massive overhaul starting at DCA.

Yes, this is my understanding as well. That is one of the reasons we were hoping that it may still be operating in a little over a month from now. Since we have never been to DCA, it would be kinda neat to ride it one last time

yeah I hear ya!

I've only been to DL once and we're going next week. We live i FL so we do WDW but I get tired of the same thing over and over.

With that said, my opinion (and this is ONLY my opinion), DCA is not a fun park. I mean it has fun things but after about an hour, I was bored. However, like I said I do WDW, so we dont focus on things that are at WDW like Soarin and It's Tough To Be A Bug.I LOVE LOVE LOVE the rollercoaster but after that the the Monsters Inc ride I'm sorta bored.

However, the wheel would be fun if not for the fact that I'm terrified of ferris wheels.

Kinda sounds like the studios in Paris. We were done in 2 hours.

I know that the Sun Wheel definitely did not go down on the original scheduled timeline (which would have been in September I believe), but sorry to say that I do not know if it is still up and running.

Even if it still is, I wouldn't hold my breath that it will still be running while your are there.

But keep your fingers crossed, you never know!

I believe it was closed this past Tuesday. So the 14th.

That's when the Disneyland.com calendar said it would be closing.

I was there this past weekend and it was open Friday through Monday, so I'm assuming it closed Tuesday.
