I was under the impression that I could call Disney and make a reservation for 2 rooms under one reservation number. Am I losing my grip with reality?? I am trying to book 2 rooms at POFQ for 1/26/23 - 2/5/23 with me and DH in one room and DD24 with DD21 in the second room.

I have called 3 times and each time the rep told me that cannot be done under one reservation because there are no children on the reservation. I was told that with 4 adults, it will need to be booked under 2 reservation numbers that can be linked.

Are the reps correct? Is this new? Are the reps incorrect? Advice needed :scratchin

I booked 2 rooms back in 2019 and I had to book them under 2 reservation numbers then. So, I don't know if this changed at any point, but it's been a policy at least since then.

I just did that a couple of months ago and I was required to make 2 separate reservations.

Keep in mind if your using magic bands you can't open both rooms with one magic band.

It has always required 2 reservations, but WDW Travel can link them, even request adjacent rooms.

Thanks to all pp. I guess I am losing my grip on reality!!! I will call back when I get time tomorrow to reserve 2 rooms and have them linked together.

I booked 2 rooms at YC, CL for our Oct. trip, one for hubby and I (one reservation number given) an one for our boys (26/30) they got given a different reservation number. I am the primary contact on both reservations so I can discuss any room details with them :)
