Did not receive Thanks in advance for volunteering email

or the one from the organization that just reconfirms date, time and location that DD26 signed up for. When she logs into the GAD website to manage account the activity is still listed. But she is nervous that given the fact that they closed GAD that the organization might not understand that she can still volunteer. Today is the day for the event. Anyone else go through this or not receive the advance emails?
