Did I misunderstand - re: Jack Osbourne?

I caught a snippit on the radio this morning and had to go into work before I heard the rest of the story, but did I hear correctly, is Jack Osbourne (son of Ozzy) getting breast implants? If so, why, what is the story?

I know he's got some framed breast implants on his wall (that is very weird) but I haven't heard about him getting any implanted in his body.
