I have not been on the chat board in awhile and have not been to Disney since May. Is the 18% gratuity now additional or is it just proposed for the 2008 plan? Miss a month and you are out of the loop:)
 
It is speculation about the 2008 Dining Plan. No official announcement has been made by Disney yet. That should be forthcoming sometime this month. We're all just waiting.
