We are adding a few days to the beginning of our November trip and between this morning and tonight the room only total went up by $200. Did I miss out on all the rooms at the lower rate or should I continue to check back?

dates and which resort? do you have a pkg in November already and want to add room only prior or do you have a room only reservation and want to add to it?

The room only sale should be going on until 10/31, but the resort you chose may not have had rooms available.

I tried to add days to the front end of our 11/1 trip, but because I was adding dates in October and the sale started 11/1, the sale rate did not apply. I would have had to book two separate reservations! However, we happened to have a PIN attached to our household (yay DH!) and we were able to book it as one reservation. You might call and ask the CM if you have a pin (the one we had was running 9/30 to 12/22 if I wrote it down correctly). There might be rooms available under that. Or check a different resort.

Another reason it may have gone up is if the room rate itself was higher, such as if the dates were during Thanksgiving week, right?

We are staying on DVC points at BLT Nov 27-Dec 2. We wanted to add a room only at BC for Nov 24-27 so it'd be a totally different reservation.

Beach Club is available for 30% off for Lagoon or Pool view for those dates. Standard-CL is only $164 more total. Did you go through the Special Offers page? Maybe when you last priced it they had standard view available?
I show
Nov 24 $350
Nov 25 $329
Nov 26 $329

$1134 for the 3 days. Those are regular Fall season dates that start Nov 24

my guess is this AM they had a standard view and it's pricing Lagoon view now. I'd keep checking but I'd book at least the Lagoon View for now if you want to stay there
