Did I Mess Up?

I just attempted online checkin. Even though the online form said I could choose only two requests, four now are listed. I haven't been successful in trying to delete two of them. Is this going to create a problem, possibly resulting in getting all of my requests denied? It's been my experience that online checkin trumps phone requests, so I'm afraid that even if I call with my requests, the online snafu will make the call pointless.

Depends on where you stay I guess. We never request online. We fax ours to POR. Got pixie dust last summer that way.

That has just been your experience, but it is no way how it is. Requests don't always get granted so if you've not gotten requests when phoned in but have gotten them when made during online check in, that's just the way it went. Over the years I have had the chance to speak to a couple room assigners and all 3 have stated that when they receive the reservations they don't know, nor care, how the request was made.

Your best bet is to call and have the phone CM straighten out your requests to what you want. My parents did this when my Dad went click happy during online check in and the phone CM straightened it out and they got their 2 requests.
