Just reviewed my travel docs, and it says MCO (Orlando International) instead of my usual ORL. Is this a problem for ME or are they at the same location. Sorry, plenty of time to panick later, just thought I should know!

TIA~

THANKS! I figured it was, but was sure I could have messed up big! (made an accidental overnight flight once coming home from WDW:rotfl: ) Thanks for easing my mind!

ORL is the code for Orlando Executive Airport, which is 10 miles away from MCO and just 3 miles from downtown Orlando. Do you usually fly in on general aviation?

Regardless, the PP is 100 percent correct. DME service is available only at MCO--Orlando International Aiport--not at ORL or SFM (Sanford).

SFB, that is. SFM is a general aviation airport in Sanford, Maine.

If you are flying commercial into Orlando International Airport, that is MCO. This is where you can catch DME. BTW, which airline are you flying on?

Just figured I'd throw something out there so that you will never forget MCO. My cousin was a travel agent learning all the airport codes...

MCO = Mickey's Corporate Office

I haven't forgot and this goes back about 15 years!

Ah, c'mon. Would you rather drive to Maine to take a bus to Disney, or fly to Orlando to do it? :rotfl2:
