So here I am walking around VMK sporting my cute new little straw hat and somebody wants to trade. They asked me for my hat. I kindly said no, I just bought it.

She said she was broke and really wanted it. So I asked her what she had for trade. She kept putting buyables in the window and then something that I did not have or really cared if I had or not caught my eye. I said, okay for "that". It is the only item you are offering that I do not have.

So she traded me a cowboy shirt with a vest for a straw hat. WOW!!!!

I need to play some serious gamage today so I can buy myself another hat, but that was really an unexpected trade.

It was a black shirt and a brown vest with a star on it. So not me, but that is okay.

She was desperate. I told her she should go play games but she did not want to.

Right - but a non-buyable for a buyable was really my point.

WOW! That definitely is the deal of the day! So wish I could have a trade experience like that instead of people asking for my magic and when I say it isn't for trade - stopping the conversation/trade there

Congratulations! Imho, a trade is good when both people walk away happy. Sounds like a good trade in this case!!
