Still wondering if I figured out the best plan for dining:
L = Lunch D = Dinner

Sat. (1st day/nite)
Lunch: Flame Tree BBQ,
Dinner: Liberty Tree Tavern (if MK is open late)

Sunday (Magic Kingdom)
L: Plaza Restaurant
D: Ohana

Monday (MGM)
L: Sci Fi Dine-In
D: Boardwalk Restaurant (any recommendations?)

Tuesday (Epcot)
L: Beaches & Cream
D: Le Chefs de France or Le Cellier (???) which one?

Wednesday (Universal)
L: counter service
D: Wild Jack's BBQ, Whispering Canyon or Don Pablos?? or DD?

Thursday
Breakfast @ Chef Mickey's
Dinner: LTT (MNNSHP)

Friday
L: ???by Titanic Exhibit?
D: Downtown Disney??? Rainforest Cafe??

Saturday (Magic Kingdom)
L: Plaza Restaurant (??)
D: Ohana

Keep in mind for your Monday dinner that from the Boardwalk you have access to Yacht, Beach, Swan, Dolphin and WS at Epcot:bounce: Lots of choices within easy access.:earsboy:

 Wow! I didn't know that! I never was at the Boardwalk and wasn't sure of the proximity to those restaurants!
Thanks everybody!:wave2:

I too would choose Le Cellier. You didn't seem to leave any room for sampling from the Food & Wine fest. That could probably substitute for a lunch or dinner. You also have LTT, Plaza & OHana's all listed twice. I would try to make room for CP-the food there is really nice.
