Did I already hear this from somewhere?

I was just sitting here reading threads and someone mentioned watching Honey, I Shrunk the Audience at DL. This got me thinking, that attraction has been there for a few years now and Mickey's Philharmagic at MK seems to get rave reviews (I've yet to see it). Do you think DL will replace HIStA w/ MP? I wouldn't be opposed to this.

<font color=navy>I certainly hope so. HISTA is fun, but I've also heard that Mickey's Philharmonic is awesome -- we should have that at the ORIGINAL Magic Kingdom!!

I'd be more than happy to see HISTA be replaced by Mickey's Philharmagic--it's such a good show.

Mickey's Phil. will not fit at HISTA. There is not enough physical space. There is actually no where in Disneyland currently that would be able to hold it. It would require a completely new building.

I'd love to see it here, but it will probably be a while before anything of that size would be able to make it.

Bummer! I was getting my hopes up just reading this thread. That was my favorite thing at WDW. It was just so Disneyish!

I certainly hope that they find something new/better to put into HISTA. Something without the rodents would be nice :D

What is so weird is that right after I posted this thread I went into another room and turned on the Travel Channel. They just happened to be doing a special on Disneyland Paris! Right as I turned to it they were talking about how they built the theater at DLP for Honey, I Shrunk the Audience. They were showing clips of the show, which I haven't actually seen in awhile because whenever I go to DL it's like a been there done that sort of thing for me. Anyway, while watching I realized how dated the film looks! I really, really....REALLY hope DL will try to bring something else in there. If not Mickey's Philharmagic, maybe something new to fit into the Tomorrowland theme, that would be cool.

Each of the WDW theme parks has one 3-D type show, but Mickey's Philarhamagic at the Magic Kingdom is by far the best. It gives you the warm and fuzzy Disney magic feeling. Yes, I'd agree with an earlier poster, that it belongs at the original Disney theme park! Hope you can get it replaced and if you get nostalgic for the Honey, you can just hop a plane to Epcot.

I wouldnt mind them tearing something out to have mickeyphilharmagic. I loved it at WDW. If they could event something new but in a similar nature that would be awesome.. There is always wishful thinking :wizard:
