Did Google rip off Leapfish?

Looks like Google might have got caught ripping off another competitor, again!! In the beginning of November, Leapfish launched it’s new version of it’s search engine:

Real-time search, lots of options the Google doesn’t have and a selection of search engine feeds. The video shows the power of Real-time search, so looks like Google decided to do a video, and show it now has Real-time search:

Personally, I like the Leapfish video better, but you can clearly see that Google now has Real-time search – after Leapfish had it.
 
I have a nephew who used to work for Google as a programmer. I was talking to him a few weeks ago when he was at WDW with his family. He had worked (as lead programmer) on a development involving real-time searches and he said that Google had finally implemented it about five months after the project was completed and he left the company.
