DId everyone get there request for pop 50's last week???

We were there last week(8/23-8/31) like others hear on the board. I remember we all requested the 50's. Did you get it? Which building were you in?
When we checked in she gave us the 80's. I asked her if there were any rooms in the 50's she looked and said yes.
We really liked our room location. We had a corner facing the pool on the 3rd floor, right next to lady(lady and the tramp).
Pool was a little noisey but not terrible. People in the room next door were big smokers but couldn't smell it when they were outside smoking. We were very surprised.

We were there 8/21-8/27. Requested connecting rooms, non-smoking, medical fridge, near the front, either 50's (1st. choice) or 70's (2nd. choice).

We were in 1950's in connecting rooms 2126 and 2127. one room away from the ice machine behind the jukebox. We faced the parking lot, with a screen of trees and bushes between it and us. Very quiet. Loved the location. We needed to be near the parking lot to unload our van, and the first floor, though I was going to request a higher level, worked out great with our stroller. Very close to the pool and laundry. Not a bad walk at all to Classic Hall. We walked by your room everyday!
In the future I will make sure we are near the parking lot and classic hall, and we should be fine no matter what decade (though 90's doesn't really fit the bill). 60's probably wouldn't work for us, because it isn't actually near the parking lot. (Unless gas prices stay so high, and we decide to fly. hmmm....)
