Did everyone get the mypoints credit using amtrack?

I did exactly what you guys told me and mypoints still haven't credited me my points? I sent a letter to them and am still waiting for a response.
Has everyone been credited??? Or is it just me waiting?

I got my points. Did you get the popup for the points? And was it before the $25 minimum? Sometimes you do have to email them to get the points, but I've had pretty good luck with them responding. Sometimes it takes a few days, but I don't think I've ever not gotten the points.
 
Our points were credited the next day.

Did you get a pop up? Or did you purchase tickets after the $25 minimum went into effect?

If that is not the case, send them an email. I kept waiting for my Fox video points to credit, and finally sent them an email. About a week later, I had my points. :):):)

I never received my points, nor did a blue box pop up. I sent an email to mypoints but haven't heard a thing. It was before the $25 minimum, too. Let's cross our fingers!
 
I didn't see anywhere about the $25 min. I did not get the pop up. I sent them an email and am still waiting for a response. Lets hope I get the points.

I too did not get the blue pop-up and I did it from the email 1 1/2 weeks ago before the minimum. I've emailed member care twice and have not received a response or the points. I'm getting impaitent. I've never delt with their customer service and so far I'm not impressed.

We did it before the minimum, buying a ticket for $4.50. When the blue screen was suppose to pop up, we got a pop up screen that said they were unable to find that website.

I emailed Mypoints last week and I did receive an email from them saying that we should wait to see if we get the points. I than emailed them again, forwarding the confirmation email from Amtrak and told them that I had heard that most people had received their points overnight.

Haven't heard from Mypoints since. This is getting very annoying.

I got my points overnight also.

I'm surprised with mypoints membercare because they always send a confirmation email and assign a case number. They have always answered my questions fairly quickly and gotten my awards posted as promised.

I did send them an email back in February because I all of a sudden stopped getting emails from them and asked them if something was wrong with my account. They told me that technical department would look into it and I should start getting emails within three weeks, but as of today time is up and still no emails so I guess I need to write them back.

Hope everyones points get credited.
 
I also got my points overnight...I am also surprised by MyPoints not responding to your email...I have never had a problem with Membercare before...I hope you get it straightened out and the points are credited to you soon!!
 
I've also sent a few emails for about a week and still haven't heard anything from them. I wonder what's going on?
 
They're working. They just disabled my husband's account. arggghhh....
 
What happens when they disable your account, and why would they do that to begin with? Do you lose all your points? That would be terrible! :(

Looks like I'd better send them an email. I didn't purchase tickets, but I did sign up.
 
I emailed Mypoints on March 2 and March 5, and I haven't even received a notice of receipt from them!
I've been checking my account every day and the points have not been added.
Has anyone had any luck calling?
I'm using the membercare@mypoints.com address. That's correct isn't it?
 
I've also been emailing them for over a week and haven't gotten any response. I think I'm going to try to call them today and see what's going on.
 
Guess what???? After I sent them another email I finally got a tracking number. Lets see what happens now!!
 
Well at least he received an email from MyPoints saying he was going to get his points. The email said to give it 5 days to appear, 2 days later still not showing up in account.

I'm curious. Has your husband ever received his points. I'm having trouble both with the points and with getting a response from MyPoints.
