Did DVD just declare more inventory into the Riviera Resort?

I just noticed new Condo Drawing (DOC 20240313301) and Condo Related (DOC 20240313302) documents on the County Comptroller website.

Looks like units 16A-16E were declared today.

Am I understanding the documents correctly?

So, I think this is the document we need to look for when finding info related to the tower.

We should see it as a new amendment for the rooms that will be part of initial sales.

Interesting this was today but so far nothing for the tower. Maybe Monday??

Funny you mention that. I was looking for the tower. When I clicked on it, I had blinders on and was sure it was the tower.

Disney seems to like Fridays for DVC document news.

This article has Riviera’s declaration history w/ a summary of declarations made through Dec. 2023, assuming Dec. was the most recent declaration prior to the current one, I’d think Riviera is now 80+% declared.

Comparing it you past declarations, to me it looks very similar to this one

If so, it will match the smallest declaration. I think that one added roughly 4.2% to the declared inventory.
