Did Disney Tickets go up?

I feel like I reminded them to increase the tickets, because after I posted I saw all these post how Disney tickets will increase.

Next time I'm keeping my mouth shut!

Okay need some Help!

If I already have a 3 day ticket on my pkg and its UNused, but want to ADD days/option...I use it once FIRST then upgrade to keep the old pricing in effect, right? In other words, I do NOT have to do it now?????
Can anyone confirm for me...or Help, TIA! You think I'd know this with all the visits...but I swear its ALL above my head at times...

I had 2 days on mine to buy me some more time to pay off my package. I am paying the upgrade today because yes.. it is my understanding from my TA is If upgrade to my 9 day passes after tomorrow I will be hit with the new prices

If you use the ticket before you upgrade it, it gets upgraded to it's value if you had gone to the ticket booth to buy it that day. However, you are also charged the cost of the new ticket at current prices as well.

If you can upgrade your ticket now, you probably should. I can't, so I will have to wait. We are using our GAD tickets and then upgrading them to 10 day hoppers once we get there. Since the GAD tickets must be used the day they are issued (and must be gotten in person), I can't do anything with our tickets until we arrive.

For anything over a one day ticket, you get the same number of water park and more options as you have days. With a one day ticket you get 2 days of water park and more options. So yes, with a 10 day ticket with water parks and more, you would get 10 admissions to water parks/disney quest.

PERFECT, thank you! That just saved me about $150 because since we already have passes with 10 days on them there is no need to get 10 more! THANKS!

We have GAD passes to use too...I am stuck on what to do with them. I had intended on using one of them to upgrade to a 10 day pass, but I have read about people having issues doing that and the people at Disney trying to only give them like a $5 credit, while others are getting like $80. I don't want issues. So now we are throwing around the idea of just getting the fast passes and calling it a day.

Wait do you mean because it was Before you used it....I thought (and I Think I may have done so in past) that if i used one day first THEN updated...Id get the old prices.....wasn't that the reason they always said to use it first Before updating...I am so confused...

we used our GAD (easy) but did not update them...as we had non expires left...now i have tix everywhere and though I know WHAT I have...I don't have enough hoppers thus the questions.........
