Did Disney receive our magic band order?

How do you know if your magic band order has been placed? I customized the bands but there's no "cart" to put them in. So it tells me I still have 6 days left to customize my bands. I'm done customizing, now I need them to ship.

You will have to wait until your time frame to customize has ended. Then you will see a notice that your magic bands are being customized and to check back later for shipping information. Just an FYI, the customization before shipping can take a couple of days. My window ended last week and I am still waiting for them to ship out.

We have a split stay and part one is still in the customizing phase since about a week ago.
Part 2 has already arrived. Shipped Friday and arrived yesterday......so it is kind of crazy.

I'm waiting on mine too. My customization date closed on 10/30 and on 10/31 it said check back for shipping details. I really thought they would have shipped by now and having read of others dealing with problems I'm feeling nervous. If they haven't shipped by Friday I'm going to call.
