Did Disney make system changes for modifying and canceling?

Is this new - I can't cancel an ADR for tomorrow. Yes, it is within 24 hours, but I thought it gave you to midnight? It says it is too close. No modification either...

Sometimes it get bugged. Book a new one over the time slot. Then cancel that one.

This happened to me yesterday, Tried to cancel at about 8:30 p.m..and it said I had to call. It did used to be midnight,

I was able to modify though, moved it ahead a week and then canceled it.

Use the website, not the app. I had this exact same problem

Since we've got here it has been hit or miss. I haven't been able to cancel any the day before so midnight hasn't been the cut off for sure. I've been able to modify all but one, but I haven't been charged the no show yet for it (Y&Y).

I know on one for the day of it said it was even too close for modification so we kept it.

Also, just realized for any I modified last minute and then canceled the modified - I never got a cancelation email even though it disappears from my plans. I guess I will be on the lookout for charges, but hopefully just a fluke. I had two like that in the past two days. We have been juggling due to TS ETA.
