Did bipolar man shot yesterday go on a Disney Cruise?

I know he was coming back from Columbia from a church trip, but looking at the picture, it looks an awful lot like those backgrounds they use for the portraits at "formal night" on the Disney Cruise Line. And I know he lived near Orlando.

He was on a missionary trip to Columbia. That picture was probably from a cruise but not recently.

I was thinking either RC or Carnival as those are the only cruiselines Ive been on and it looks familiar..
