Did anyone get the entertainment rate for HOJO in Aug.?

We are thinking of staying there next Aug. and wondered if you could get the ent. rate then. I know it would be a busy time so maybe they don't offer it then. If it is available, how early can I book it?

It's easier to get it at the end of the month. I had an Ent. rate secured for Aug 24-27 this year (but had to cancel it).

I'd go ahead and call now and see if they have your dates available for next year. They will tell you when is the best time to book in order to get the Ent. rate.

I tried but wasn't able to get it. Our trip is the 8-8 to 8-17 this August. You might be able to get it if you call far in advance (I tried in April).

I got it for Aug 18-23 ~~ about 3 weeks ago.

Remember to call the HOTEL directly and not the 800 reservations #.

Does anyone have the DIRECT number for in house? I called directly to the hotel, asked for in house, but was shunted over to the main people anyway, who were just befuddled by my Entertainment book question.

I recalled today and was able to get the 11th-17th at the $69 rate...our first 3 days are still $125. I am THRILLED!!

Got through to them today...no availability for our late September dates (why am I posting on an August thread? oh yeah, b/c it had to do with HoJo, LOL).

But at least it was a better convo than with the accidental 800# lady yesterday!
