Did anyone ever try Gurgi’s Munchies and Crunchies?

Did anyone ever try Gurgi’s Munchies and Crunchies back in the early nineties? I know that it is the Friar’s Nook now. I am just curious if it was exactly the same or if there was anything different when compared to the Nook. I remember wanting to go when I was a kid because I loved the Black Cauldron, but we had no reason to go (probably already ate or something). I have always been a little curious what the only Black Cauldron themed place was like.
