I did! I did the 3 mile advance walk WATP dvd! It was the first time I have done this one. I have been doing the 2 mile for the last 3 weeks. Boy it was a nice bump up to my exercise!

Who else exercised?
 
Me too. I also did the 3 mile WATPs. Did you notice her little boo-boo. She says you're going to do knee lifts from the spread feet position, talks about how this uses different muscles, then goes into kickbacks instead? That threw me the first few times.

Congrats on the step up!
 
I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, finally getting back on track with exercising.

i did, i went to curves,its been great for my depression and i have felt happier than i have in a long time!!!
 
I did the 2 mile WATP and I used my 2 pound weights to help bump it up a bit.
 
I did! It wasn't a lot again, but it was something. I did the DREADED stepper for 8 min (all I could last, my shins were burning!:o ) Then I did some free weights for the arms and some other leg work. Didn't get up to aerobic level exercise, but what I did do, I really felt. I'm gonna try to get a Firm tape in tonight!
 
Day 5 of my 1 mile WATP video. It's getting easier everyday. Hopefully soon, I can move on to the 2 mile. :teeth:
 
I did some non-traditional exercise yesterday (and on Monday for that matter) - I had to shovel my car out from under the snow and ice .... yuck!!!
 
I am back on the exercise track, after being stalled since Thanksgiving. Good news is I have maintained, at least!
Well, yesterday I bought the Tae Bo Cardio tape. It was very cool!! I will rotate it with other tapes and the treadmill workout. I'm hoping this will help me move again, I only have 10 more pounds to go!

50 minutes on the Elliptical machine (interval training) and then arm weights.
 
I did the 4 mile WATP's Express DVD. It felt good getting back on the Exercise wagon! Way to go everyone!

I did my 1 mile WATP tape(no weights) and the Pilates afterward. And somewhere in there pulled my calf muscle:rolleyes: which is about the only truly developed muscle in my body right now. Ah well, it'l be fine with a day's rest and some heat, and then back on the exercise wagon on thursday.

I did! On Tuesday, I did the 4 mile WATP. :D Way to go everyone, keep up the great work!
 
Whew! I haven't gotten to post here untill today due to some MAJOR number crunching that needed to be done in my spare time on the home front. (WHAT IS SPARE TIME ANYWAY?) But I have done my workouts! A 3 mile run for me on Tuesday!

Happily on my way down!
