Did anyone eat at the California Grill during the fireworks?

We have only dined at CG once, probably 6 years ago, during fireworks time.
Really the whole meal was a disappointment and we have never returned.
The fireworks view to me certainly was not worth the finaggling. Tink was a speck who can easily be missed from that view and distance. (And for me that's the best part. :goodvibes )
Unless things have changed due to construction, guests can watch from the 4th floor deck too. But I have not done that for probably 3 years.

Luv2Roam... your avatar is interesting. I tried to click on it to see a bigger picture. Of course you cant... but wouldnt it be nice if you could? So who is it? Cinderella at WDW, or someone (you?) dressed like Cinderella?:)

DH and I ate there ALONE (without DD) one year. I absolutely LOVED the meal. I dream of eating at V&A's someday, but this is probably the most expensive meal I'll get. Fortunately I got the guts to ask the waiter what the meals actually were in plain english, because I almost ordered like pig's liver or something because the name sounded cool.:rotfl:

I especially like that they only charged us one TS credit per instead of two!

But, I was greatly dissapointed by the WISHES view. I didn't mind the balcony, but the fireworks were over Space Mountain, and I thought having them by the castle is really special. Its just our point of view made them over SM.
